After profiling the concrete, we apply a durable polyaspartic coating that's built for high-traffic areas, with a glossy finish that resists stains, spills, and heavy use. The products we apply carry one of the longest warranties in the industry. We install premium polyaspartic and epoxy coating systems, matched to your space and built for fast return to service, excellent UV, abrasion, and chemical resistance, long-term durability, easy maintenance, and shine.
Our residential floors are warranted against normal wear and tear for a lifetime, for as long as you own and live in the home (certain limitations apply).
Please note: this warranty covers residential floors only. Commercial and industrial floors are not covered by warranty.

Frequently asked questions
Will the floor handle hot tires and my vehicles?▾
Yes. Polyaspartic resists hot-tire pickup, the lifting and peeling you get with cheaper coatings, so you can park on it without worry. It also shrugs off oil, dropped tools, and Florida humidity.
What spaces in my home can you coat?▾
Just about any interior concrete floor. Garages are our most popular, but we also coat basements, patios, pool decks, lanais, sunrooms, workshops, and laundry rooms. If it is concrete, we can usually coat it. We do not coat over wood or tile. Browse recent floors in our gallery or see the flake and metallic finishes we offer.
How soon can I walk and park on it?▾
With polyaspartic you can walk on the floor in about 24 hours and park on it after about 48. A flake floor is typically finished in about 2 days, and a metallic or epoxy floor takes about 4 to 5 days.
How do I clean and maintain it?▾
Easy. Sweep or dust-mop as needed and wipe up spills with mild soap and water. For a deeper clean, Simple Green and warm water with a brush works great. No waxing or special products required.
Is it slip-resistant when wet?▾
It can be. We can add a non-slip additive to the top coat, or a satin finish, for extra traction in areas that get wet, like a pool deck or an entry.
Can you cover stains, cracks, or an old epoxy floor?▾
We repair cracks and imperfections and prep the slab with vac-assisted diamond grinding. We coat bare concrete, so a failing coating or old tile is fully removed first. That way the new system bonds to the concrete and lasts. Tell us about your slab and get a free quote.
